Ahhhh, Grand Master (or is it Old Grasshopper?).....

Interesting experience yesterday - got very upset over some dealings with work - which would normally result in an extreme spend on anything/everything (just to set the 'extreme' scene, my most impressive version of this was a brand new car...:o).

Yesterday I reached for debit card because somewhere below my black cloud I knew I didn't want to spend on a credit card. Got in the car, drove in the direction of the shops.....and carried on driving...

....came back home....logged on and transferred some money I'd intended to spend on nothing over to paying off another chunk off one of the credit cards.

Not saying it'll happen like that everytime, but turned out to be much more satisfying, so you never know.....

I saw - and jolly well done to you too...*does Miss Piggy-style toss of hair...forgetting it's short, and cricking her neck in the process* ;)

Actually, I really am impressed - because you've been online, and bought stuff but because you've been really clever about it, you've not actually spent anything...brilliant. :T

Well done on deciding not to spend Nora. One small step closer to d.f :D

How satisfying Nora:money:. I hope you felt rightly smug afterwards.

That is a good thing. What's best of all is that you got a buzz out of it, so are more likely to do that again.

  • Oh Zeddy, my teachings aren't that great - just realised my signature was out by £95! :rotfl:

All sorted now, and doesn't look quite as good as it did, but still heading in the right direction.:)
