Okay well it works both ways then, let everybody start taking pictures of the people putting invoices on their cars ;) and extend that to the council wardens as well lol
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

i just want to find out were mr t&c parks his ride and im going to be putting begging post it notes on his screen, im sure i can think of a few things he could be guilty of, parking in a area likely to endanger fast moving amorous sparrows, parking in an area which curtails the view of mr and mrs mouse, parking under the flightpath of the whatever airline/local wildfowl, though if i could ` fall over ` and coincidently ram a spud up his exhaust i think the message may get through that hes not a popular chap

been a week now since the first letter and already im eagerly awaiting the latest `script` coming through the letterbox, i may start sending some unstamped mail to them yet, something along the lines of i was considering paying your request, unfortunatly i had sealed the envelope sorry - nowt else of course :)
  • I recently recieved one of these so called parking fines when visiting the metrocentre in gateshead. I had thrown the badge onto the dash as usual but this time it had slipped, slightly, into the gap between the windscreen and the dash. The ticket stated that the badge was not shown correctly. It was shown but part of it was obscured. I have a disabled tax disc and the car is registered disabled as is my wife with the local authority. I appealled against the ticket and recieved a letter saying that i had to send a photocopy of the front and back of my wifes badge. Is this legal? doesnt sound right to me. Should I just ignore them from now?.

Yep just ignore them, you've given them more than enough information already to know that you were legally entitled to park in a disabled bay. It would be different if it was a Council PCN but this is a fake private 'ticket' = rubbish.

On private land the Blue badge scheme doesn't even apply so a genuine disbled person (protected by the Equality Act 2010) could even park there with no Blue Badge at all. The PPCs have signs saying otherwise but that's only so they can make money out of victims for any old excuse.

You will just need to ignore each letter, see the top thread 'PPC letters & threats' for a preview of those debt collector letters. They really are just hot air and safe to ignore.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
