In my recently opened programmes list on the start menu in XP, it says IE7 (no add ons)
I use IE with add ons enabled, so any idea why this is listed as a recently opened programme?

Right-click it and click Remove from This List. Make sure the IE proper shortcut doesn't have -extoff in the target, since that is the option to run without add-ons.0

Nope, doesn't have the -extoff in the target.
