Hi Leb2005,
Setting up broadband with any supplier is pretty simple and straight forward.
Here is how it works if you sign up for most ISPs:
1. You place your order for broadband.
2. The ISP installs the connection onto your line. No engineer visit is required to your home.
3. You get a username and password sent to you (either via email or via hardcopy - we send it via email).
4. You'll need a router to get connected to broadband. We provide one of these free of charge - the majority of providers seem to offer a router free of charge, but some do charge for them. The router that we supply comes with simple instructions on how to set it up. You'll need that username and password at that time to set up the connection. This part of setting up the router should only take between 10 and 20 minutes. Remember that you should be connecting the router to the master socket.
5. You'll also need to have 1 microfilter fitted to every phone socket that is in use.
That's really about it! I would say that the whole process is quite simple.
Kind regards,
