You've now changed your tune though from "the majority of small breed owners failing in their duties." to saying you've met some snappy Westies.

Just to clear this up... if what you say is correct (& I have no reason to doubt it) then the vast majority of small breed owners I meet have failed to train/socialise properly, something I see & experience daily.

I also didn't say "some Westies" I said ALL I have met! I have yet to walk past one that didn't cause a fuss... not one. JRTs are similar but less so.

Maybe it's my dogs?? I dunno but it happens whether you like it or not.

    End hostilities???:A

I haven't had these very long, but I've had dogs most of my life.

Slightly freaked out now that you're tracking my posts though...

This is usual position, has been for most of his 11 years. Snappy and noisy is far too much effort and it takes all my persuasion to actually get his lead on and out of the house. He greets other dogs with the same disinterest he greets people and its a very very rare occasion indeed to hear him bark.

Not tracking your posts, I don't post much so remember the ones I post on and I am sure when we were discussing litter training dogs you said you didn't have one.

I didn't then, I do now, things change!

It would be a bit weird for me to invent imaginary pets just to come and argue the toss on a message board!

    (They aren't litter trained ;))
