Vanquis credit card charges, advice needed!!

I stupidly used a claims management company who charged me a whopping 33% to claim back default charges and mis sold ppi on their behalf!!! and then realised I could of done it all on my own which I did (For info it was Capital one and aqua) for vanquis.

I ended up getting back £100.00 for both cards when I could have got back more!!!!

I did have a loan with alliance and leicester over 10 years ago but not sure where I would start by claiming mis sold PPI if any as I have no account numbers!!!!

Hi Guys

I wrote to Vanquis on 12 November 2011 reclaiming my PPI charges and have not heard anything from them. The account is still active and I have an outstanding balance.

Any advice on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated.
