I bought & paid immediatley - when nothing arrived the seller blamed xmas post, wouldn't accept things i'd ordered later had arrived, then stopped answering my e-mails (i'd sent 2 or 3 in total).
I send a final e-mail saying i'd register a dispute for full refund if they didn't respond - we couldn't sort it out if they didn't speak to me.
After 1 month with no response I logged a paypal dispute, the seller didn't respond to this either & paypal found in my favour giving me a full refund.
The problem is this seller has left me negative feedback that says 'sale not completed - avoid this buyer' as it's technically correct and not abusive e-bay basically said they don't care, i can add a note to the feedback saying i don't agree but they won't remove it.
Am i really stuck with a spitefull seller and bad feedback or is there anything i can do?
EDIT: I have left them negative feedback - it was factual 'item not recevied, e-mails ignored, paypal refunded me'
I don't want to mutually agree to remove cause that feels like i'm being bullied to keep quite about their crapyness.
Hoping there's a 'fair' option

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

If you have not already left feedback I would leave the seller a negative feedback but be factual something like the following or similar.
" Paid promptly, no item arrived and no communication from seller "
Once you have left them a neg then you or the seller can opt for the feedback to be removed mutually as long as you both agree
I would not bother emailing ebay and asking them to help getting the feedback removed as ebay are beyond useless in these matters from personal experience0 -
Unfortunately ebay consider this feedback fair - you both left negatives based on your experience.
It's good that you want the negative to stand on his account. My TV is broken!

how can it be fair to me?
i paid the minute i bought, gave him a month of accepting his excuses and delay and a few weeks of ignoring me completly before reporting to paypal, he ignored this also so there's nothing further i can do - i don't think i could have been fairer or treated him better but i end up with a negative feedback?
how can e-bay consider that fair? what did i do that was negative?Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

You didn't do anything wrong at all. The seller is the one at fault here. The feedback system is flawed with problems and unfortunately your situation highlights this.
Without both of you mutually agreeing to withdraw the feedback there is no other way of getting it removed. If I were you I wouldn't agree to mutually withdrawing it. Your feedback left for the seller was factual. If I were you I would reply to the feedback that the seller left you. Something like 'Sale was completed. Item never arrived. PayPal refunded'-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

You can do a feedback follow up and leave something explaing his feedbackIt's not the taking part but the winning that counts.0
-
leave a response/follow up to the feedback they left you saying something like "item not received, had to get refund from paypal"0

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure there is a negative feedback removal tool on Goofbay (https://www.goofbay.com) which may solve your problem.
Not sure if it's legal or ethical though.Oh dear, here we go again.0 -
Negative feedback CHECKER, sureMy TV is broken!

I've just checked on goofbay and can't see one, but I'm sure it used to be there. I expect it was being misused so it's been removed.
Sorry to have given you false hope!Oh dear, here we go again.0 -
The checker is still there, but I'm sure I remember seeing a remover too. Or maybe I'm just having a senior moment!Oh dear, here we go again.0
