negative feedback received - unfairly. Can i fix it?

There is a checker...yes, but I cant see that any site would have access to a negative feedback REMOVER...or everyone with negs would be using it...;)

Ebay feedback isnt fair but you cannot expect them to arbitrarily start removing feedback purely on the request of either buyers or sellers because if they did a lot of people would simply lie to achieve their objectives.

Best thing to do is respond politely to the feedback you have been left along the lines of "This is unfair retaliatory feedback. I paid promptly but seller failed to fulfil the contract resulting in reimbursement from paypal" Not sure how many characters you are allowed these days so may be too long but hope you get the drift :rotfl:

There is a negative feedback remover but it just takes you to ebays mutual feedback withdrawral page, so is just a link.
