Unfortunately I would guess that any efforts made by the MSE Team to get a balanced view on this situation will be sabotaged by nikkilala et al, as they seem to be taking over every thread on the subject.
I actually have'nt posted on every thread that I know it will get support on. I posted on the coupon thread, didnt have a clue which way they would go, I posted where I felt it was relevant, where it mattered to people who use the grabbit board the majority of the time.
As far as sabotage goes, what are you talking about? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!!!! No one is setting out to sabotage anything. We just want the board to be how it should be, with grabbits where they should be.
And I take it as a compliment that nikki et all are taking over every thread, A compliment that we care;)and feel strongly enough to try and do something about the situation.Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
I'd be totally happy with a board purely for Tesco stuff BUT I fear the board guides would then have a conundrum. Do they post a tesco grabbit on the tesco board or the grabbit board? It'll just become muddled again. Tesco deals/misprices/glitches/clearance etc is a huge subject and imo deserves its own dedicated area but ONLY if everything tesco related goes in there and doesn't get posted everywhere else instead.0

I wasn't. Just stating a point.0 -

I could post the links if you wish, but you can easily check by viewing the threads or the individual posting histories.
I imagine that those 'on the other side of the fence' are staying quiet because they know that anything they post will be taken over by a select few again. In fact what amazes me most is that those who want everything to stay on the one board for the reason that they don't have time to look elsewhere, are able to spend so much time arguing their point!Beware!!!! I said before have a tesco forum so you can then be happy
as for my first line I am not the one who is complaining

So what do we do, placate YOU or leave things as they are and keep the vast majority happy? At this point I'll refer you to the first line of your own post:rotfl:
No you wasn't being rude and I was also making a pointFrench_Knickers wrote: »I wasn't. Just stating a point.0 -

I rest my case - there is no hope of a balanced discussion with your railroading tactics.0 -
Hilighting a poll is hardly railroading! People can vote how they want.
Neverindebt....92% want things left as they are. Its up to the minority to convince people that change is necessary as is usually the case in a democracy, but apparently on MSE the minority instigate change and the majority have a fight on their hands to get things changed back. Thats simply not right.0 -
Nikkilala posted the poll in order to get an unbiased view of how the majority of Grabbit Board users would like to see the Grabbit board used. She has even suggested that a new poll is initiated by one of the Moderators to ensure that the poll is totally unbiased. I don't think you can get fairer than that.0

All grabbits belong in the correct forum: the grabbit quick!
Tescos ones were 'dominating' as so many were benefitting and reporting their successes so it was staying bumped up.
They disappear into anonymity or into the gone forum when they expire.
Would the TCO have made the headlines if MSErs were not alerted to the glitch on the grabbit forum?
I think not.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
