Halifax cetelem Address

I am trying to reclaim PPI from HAlifax cetelem, but I have had my letter returned from Royal Mail reason being "address no longer there". Can anybody help me with the correct address please ? Thankyou

To get this right first time round, maybe the FOS will hold these details, give them a call on their free phone number, as I can understand there maybe that many on google search.

I have another address which I am going to try - Anderston House, 389 Argyle Street, Glasgow G2 8LR.I will let you know how I get on, or if you have since found an address and have received a response please let me know if you dont mind, just incase this letter gets returned again . Thankyou

I too had a loan with Halifax Cetelem which i feel had unwanted ppi on it. My memory is shocking, but i think they got bought out by Barclays did they not?

i just received my letter back by returned post originally sent to an adress in wallington , so going to try the Glasgow address now fingers crossed

I've just checked the companies house register. Cetelem UK, is in liquidation. I don't know when it closed, but I imagine it is fairly recent as the BNP Paribas site still lists the company on their group page..

Cetlem UK was the last name for Halifax Cetelem. Not sure when they rebranded. Also get the feeling that we won't be able to claim through the parent company, although I intend to investigate the option.
