22 Left in Stock, slowly going down. pondering whether to get another one, just grabbed one at the moment
Can I just ask, was this 22 of the Black Vision M 60GB or the horrible...sorry, light blue 30GB?

    Thanks.
  • Do not buy from extremepcscouk on amazon. A few of my friends and I purchased a digital camera from them. At the time it was showing as the items being in stock but a few hours later after placing our orders we were send emails telling us our orders had been cancelled as there were none in stock. This was after the money had been taken from our bank accounts/ debit, credit cards. I contacted amazon who are supposed 2b trying 2 get my money back but i dont hold out much hope they have also sent an investigations team in as they say the money should never have been taken if there were no stock of this item. Extremepcs have not replied 2 any of mine or my friends mails even though we have all threatened them with trading standards.
  • I contacted Amazon and found out that the company is actually Micro Logic.

Tel number is 08700 273 660 and the contact is Jack Gill!

And what does Mr Gill have to say for his companies' breach of Amazon's trading terms?
  • Didn't actually get to speak to him but spoke to someone who blamed a problem with the "feed" to Amazon over the weekend.
  • I too ordered a camera, the money went from my bank then I got the cancelled due to lack of stock email, amazon just say email the seller as they have NO SAY in how they conduct their business.
This wasnt over a weekend so I fail to see how its the feed over the weekend.

I had the same fobbing off from Amazon.

When I pointed out (again) that Amazon have confirmed the seller is in breach of their Participation Agreement they then suggested that it was still my job to enforce it.

They have now been corrected in that nonsense!

Ordered mine on Firday night, having noticed it at that price during Friday afternoon.

Well, I now have an email from Mr. Gill who tells me that there was a problem with Amazon showing the incorrect stock and that they are "working closely with Amazon to investigate and resolve this technical issue".

Amazon say that they have received no such issue to invetigate or resolve, they say they were merely advised that there was no stock.

Again, a simple "we made a mistake" would have satisfied me, but now they're just telling more lies and I won't let that lie!
  • ohhhh dear I now have an email from amazon saying..."let me assure you we are in contact with the seller to assess the situation and ensure this type of pricing error does not happen in the future."
They said it was a stock error not a price error.

I guess if it was just a stock error then it'll be sold at the same price when they get it back in... ???
