Just persuaded Hubby to fake a doctor appointment on thursday & go to work late (he usually leaves at 6am) so I can go out early to Sainsburys and see what goodies I can find The things we do for sales

Must remember to go to the building society and get some money on Wednesday!!

Last year there was loads in my store. No lego left but lots of playmobile.

Sorry can't help re Mere Green but Castle Vale was a real nightmare last year, one that I won't be repeating!

Just remember to check your till receipts as I remember some people found not everything had been fully reduced and had to go back for refunds. If you know what you want, price check online before you go and/ or take a list and make sure you really are getting a bargain as toys can be somewhat overpriced by Sainsbury's to begin with. Overall though it is a good sale, but was better when it was online as saved the early get up and petrol costs.

Trying to get my Hubby to do the same, he does'nt have to start work until 9am, i'm hoping i can get back but have an hours drive (if traffic is bad) each way. I hope its worth it, last year i only picked up a few things, am looking for Sylvanians, bakugan and lalaloopsy (and maybe a few other bits).

I stayed up last year ready to shop online and was disapointed when all toys were still full price :mad:
