Morning all, what a day yesterday, there's been some rain. Actually i could have done with a boat. Our road flooded and was 4 and a half feet high for half a mile. Poor taxi driver didn't take our number with him and had to find another way home, on roads he doesn't know. The local shop is on the river bank and it started to flood into the shop so tractors and pumps brought down. 2 cars got stuck in the flood too. Still bad this morning but it's manly fields.

Good news is that i passed my exam that i did last week...:j:j Only another 6 to do..:rotfl:

Plan today is hairdressers then Mr A shop is coming. I plan on doing loads of flying this afternoon and then clubs tonight.

Hope everyone is well and dry..
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Morning,

Isn't it nice and autumnal today, lovely!

Oh Pgpen poor you, sounds like you're right in the thick of it at the moment, I don't blame you for wanting to stay in bed, I would too if I were you.

Neff, sorry you're mum can't go on holiday with you, that's rubbish for you.

Vanilla, the flooding sounds awful! We've had hardly any rain here in the east, I wonder if its on its way??

Managed to get a lot done yesterday, and am glad that its the living room and not the dreaded bathrooms today, aim to get the living room hoovered and dusted along with tidying up the rest of the dining room and mopping the kitchen floor that I didn't do yesterday. Have been good and already put a wash on of the towels and some new baby clothes and have finally put some charity shop stuff out to be collected, which has been sitting around for months, so, pleased to have got that sorted :)

EDIT Anyone fancy a HHC at 0830? Struggling to get back out of bed so need the motivation.

How did you get on seafarers?

    Well so far I managed:
    Hang out the white washing
    put a dark load in
    dust livingroom
dust hallway (still need to do bannisters)
    dust diningroom
Clean coasters and mats (disgusting task)
    make bed

Still have lots to do but feel good to actually be getting things done, can't believe how chilly it is outside, I love the autumn!
