    Been with them (I think) 9 months now and still haven't had a gas bill. They are taking the 'correct' DD though so of course I am massively in credit. Praise the Lord!!! A complete shambles of a company.

    Ring up and give a meter reading over the phone, see if that helps?

    If I were you I would be quite worried, when I finally got my first bill they had me on the wrong tariff on both gas and electric and the meter readings were all estimates and needed changing to actuals.

    I don't fancy spending 60 mins+ listening to their awful musak, TBH. Unless they are actually picking the phone up these days? I've got to the stage where I genuinely don't care anymore. I'm paying at least enough to cover my consumption (I'm on Fixed Saver V2 which is pretty cheap TBH) and I just think let them get on with it. They seem happy enough so why should I worry? No wonder Angela Merkel had to show Sarkozy where his lectern was yesterday at the G20 :D

    ......... but only about 3 million on the IT system and most of that is wrong. :D
