I just wrote out a massive post and then closed the tab instead of pressing replySo, here goes again!
I've not been keeping tabs on my money very well over the festive period. The current situation is:
PAD/Spends - £43
Entertainment - £23
Groceries - £75approx (Trying out just using cash and my purse is in the other room!)
ISA - £2000
Loan balance - £4149
Credit card balance - £307.67
Money to pay off credit card - £91
So, we have a shortfall situationI am going to be taking clothes back to the shops this afternoon, which should reduce the balance on the card by at least a third. Once I've done that I'll know how much money I still have to find and a plan will be put in place. There are still 18 days until payday *eek* I also have roughly £180 sitting in my crafty savings account, so if I have to I could use that and leave my ISA untouched. I'd rather not though.

I have £156 going back on to my card so that will mean I only have to find about £60 to pay off the outstanding balance, which isn't too bad.
I bought a chicken in M&S which should have been over £6 but was reduced to £4, so I'm chuffed with that. I also got some reduced onions, which will go in tonights dinner - venison sausage stew. I'm going to figure out how to cook that shortlyI've got £63.84 left in my groceries purse. I'm going to do a wee mealplan and post that shortly.

We've been Facebooking though and are having a wee trip to Ikea next weekend and some lunch, so that should be fun. That gives me an incentive to keep some money back too as I can buy some lovely big candles from Ikea for my crafting. I need to source cheap cellophane as well for wrapping them, either for giving as gifts or for potentially selling them.
NSD #2 today, and nothing else to report as I've spent the day playing Xbox

Country baskets is fab for cheap cellophane (huge roll about a tenner) - you need a member card, I got mine free years ago when I did virgin vie. Worth investigating as there is a branch in Glasgow which isn't too far for you...
