Clearly the cash needs to be utlisied in the most MSE way possible which means purchasing craft goodiness thusly ensuring you will be shut in the craft room pottering away throughout the pre and post x-mas sales which will save you a fortune. Simples.
I've spent £47.68 on crafty fun things. The rest will be a big PAD to the loan :A

    Money

    PAD/Spends - £60
    Entertainment - £23.21
Groceries - £107.91 (freezer full to bursting, cupboards not far behind so this should be fine)
    ISA - £1531.03
    Christmas - £48.07

Not a lot else to report really - better go to work I suppose ;)

    Morning all :)

    PAD/Spends - £42
    Entertainment - £23.21
    Groceries - £105.83
    Savings - £1544.81

The Christmas account is still in tact, although I still have to buy for Brother Fresian. He also had a birthday last month but was on holiday so I didn't get him anything that he asked for, and he got huffy last night as he wanted me to get him joint birthday/Christmas present. He's also a little humpty that my Christmas budget for him is £20, but he has a better job than me and doesn't have two cats or a Mr F to support, so knickers to him :D

I've made my bigger PAD so have now paid over £56 this month already in additional payments (since I got paid on the 18th) and have added a wee bit to my savings too! My cheques should clear by Friday at which point I will do some financial jiggery pokery. I'm going to use some of the big cheque to cover my new hoover but apart from that I'm open to suggestions :)

Tonight I'm off out for dinner and gossip (unless the Weather Of The Apocalypse blows us away) with Kissjenn of this very parish. I'm greatly looking forward to it :D I've also found a BOGOF offer for the pub we're going to, so it shall be a very MSE day indeed :)

Time for breakfast now, happy Tuesdays to all!

    Morning :D

    My cheque cleared ;)

    PAD/Spends - £135
    Entertainment - £13.62
    Groceries - £92.85
    Savings - £1794.81 :D

I paid £311.52 into my loan today :) which means that I've almost paid £370 off it this month. My normal monthly payment is £107 so that's three months payments made this month alone :D

Fat Club went really well last night - I've lost 3.5lbs in a fortnight (didn't go last week as was feeling yucky) so if I lose 2lbs before Christmas then I've met the challenge I set of half a stone in five weeks to set myself up well for the inevitable overindulgence of the festive season.

I kept £100 "spare" from the cheque, which has also paid off the new hoover, as I'm going to Aberdeen this month for a final Fresian Family meetup before Brother Fresian moves to the middle east. The chances of me spending nothing are limited, so this way I'm protected from being too bad - I'll only have cash :D
