    I wouldent say ibprofen is a muscle relaxant but could try diazapan as thats what I am prescribed when mine is bad.

    Yes, he is taking Ibuprofen now inbetween his Co-codam0l - it is a NSAID anti-inflammatory. Mr 3Dogs has had Diazap*n for his bad back before Beanie, to relax the muscles at night, so perhaps might ask for some of those, if and when the doc phones him, as no call yet received :mad: :mad:

    He won't be doing a car boot tomorrow, and probably not on Sunday either, they way he is now, but, as we are going to Docs for 9 am we will call in to the car boot and have a word with Sean then ;)

    Been texting and emailing but forgot to say on here - Doc rang and agreed that Mr 3Dogs should take one (or two if needed) of my prescribed Tramad0l in addition to his co-codam0l and continue with the Ibroprufen, and then to see him in the morning at 9 am. Alternative is morphine :eek: :eek:

    Alan is moving around a little better but is finding it easier to sit on sofa rather than lying in bed
