Been checking online as Mr 3Dogs wanted to have Paracetam0l as well as his 30 mg Co-c0damol and I said no, as did the web - in fact NO NO. Wondered if he would be better on my Tramad0l which is stronger that co-cod, but found that applying ice and taking Ibr0pufen inbetween his co-cod seems the best option, and luckily we had some in the house from when he used to take them, so just gave him 2
Will see how he goes on thatMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

{{Hugs}} to Mr 3Dogs and hope he get's better soon
Well I'v been a lazy git and didn't get up till 10, and only reason I woke up then was 'cause OH came in the room.
Just seen what you'v put about the med's OH is on tramadole and think the cold might help but instead of ice, what OH do's is fill a hot water bottle with cold water so it's not such a shock to his skin.£71.93/ £180.000 -

I used a bag of frozen mixed chopped peppers last night as I would be using them today anywaybut had just filled a hot water bottle with cold water and popped it in freezer for 15 mins so will be getting that out now - great minds think alike Boult

 Poor Alan, Not nice to be in agony. Will the dr come out to visit him?
its a good job your there to look after him Susan.:D
I cant believe he has eatern all those celebrations as when we left there was still 3/4 of a tin.
maybe he needs a nice young blond to nurse him better:rotfl:
I've just been down to mr T's to get me 2 Free bottle's of dr pepper thanks to Susan giving me the vouchers.
Plus another tin of celebrations as they are now marked down to £4.50 less the £1 voucher from price drop leaflet. Total £3.50
Then i went to Morrison's to get 4 bottles of Coca cola which is on offer 4 for £4 plus 6 tubs of Utterly Butter @ 90p less 6 coupons 30p each so only cost £3.60 for the butter.
Hope your all having a good day?0 -

Poor Alan, he sounds like he is really suffering. Hope it clears-up soon.
When I had sciatica, I placed a coolpack for 15 minutes, then used a hotpack. The first reduced the swelling, the second relaxes the muscles. In combination, they were very effective.Never Knowingly Understood.
