Not sure Beanie,the only reason I was going back today was to have a piece cut out so they could monoter a sore on the back of my leg, which was the first I knew about it:mad:, but with eczma you get use to thing's playing up on your skin:o, and the Doc gave me a 4 week sick note, so I suppose it should have been on for all that time.£71.93/ £180.000 -
yes it is, people don't realise how much natural sugar is in fruit.
It's quite simple...look how many cals are in 100ml of apple juice or orange juice on a bottle.
....it's about 50 which is as much (near enough) as coca cola...
Bearing in mind that 100ml is probably 1.5 apples/oranges you get the pic...

I had a lovely long deep sleep last night, other than getting up for 5 minutes at 5 am to see Sis and BiL off on their hols, and got up about noon - feel so much better for it too :j :j
I will be visiting Mam each teatime while sis is away, with my brother continuing to do the lunch times, so just pottering around in pj's and thick dressing gown, until I get dressed later to go down Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13

Hi everyone. Boult, that was a bit weird, your pot sliding off like that. Pleased you have another one on for you bones sake but praying your skin behaves itself.
Did you get to choose the purple colour pot?
3Dogs it was lovely to read that your mam knew you were there. I hope for a nice visit for you this afternoon. I am not doing anything quite so interesting - cleaning upstairs ready for the Dogs Trust home/lifestyle visit tomorrow.

Yes it's a little bit more comfortabe,been allowed to have my foot in a more normal walk position this time,but still told to keep off it.
It's not a broken bone Froog's, it's a partialy torn tendon,and if it's not done right can take a lot longer to heal than a break, the cast had to be set at an angle to keep the tendon relaxed, which ment the foot was 'pointed',then the swelling went down.....a lot....and my foot slid out, the Doc at hospital has seen cast,so know's it's not been damaged, it's just me:o:eek::o, the sort of thing that happen's to me:eek:, and it cause's great entertainment to RL freind's 'cause they never know what's going to happen next:rotfl:
Was asked what colour I wanted,said I did'nt mind, so purple this time, last time it was red.£71.93/ £180.000
