Here we go again!
Remember when the move fell on it's behind? Then DH went for another job that he didn't get? Well his old boss got the job. Now he has been approached by his old company to apply for the job his old boss left behind seeing as he is a depot manager now. So, here we go again! If he doesn't get this job he will be like a big heairy bear with a sore head. He's itching to get out of the company he's in now because of the way they treated us over the Island move.
Fingers crossed, again! Waiting for Dogs Trust.. pooping myself but the place is gleaming0 -

Was listening to BBC Essex's commentary on the Police going into Dale Farm this morning. They treated it like a sporting event, with reporters inside the site, outside the site and inside the secure compound. It made for interesting listening and nothing like the TV footage on the news.
Pity the thieving Irish scum can't be deported. Someone I know told me that the travellers are not only claiming benefits over here, but do a fortnightly return-trip to Ireland to sign-on there as well. Because the Irish and English Govt.s don't talk to each other, the travelers make use of the situation to screw both countries.Never Knowingly Understood.

Whoops, bit strong there Patman - but basically you are right. They have pulled out the racism card, but in fact want different treatment than what normal people get i.e. we all have to abide by planning laws and basic law, but they don't, and it is racism rahter than the law that is persecuting/evicting them. They used the fact that 85 of their kids go to local schools but in fact 75 or so of them are from the legal site, not the travellers being evicted
And the people 'protesting on their behalf' are even worse
It has cost a fortune to get to this stage, and as alsways, it will cost a fortune to clear up after them too
Rant over
Mam was sound asleep when I got their at 3.45 pm - asked nurse who said she had been very bad after my brother had left after lunch, so she had given her half a lorazap*m tablet and she fallen asleep about 3 pm. I let her sleep and just watched her tv, but woke her up gently when her dinner arrived. She woke calmly as if from a lovely sleep, and I sat her up and fed her the mash & spag hoops, though I had to keep talking to wake her up as we went, as she kept dozing off. I was going to let her sleep again after that, but her meds came and she happily had her liquid paracet*mol and then fell sound asleep on her nebuliser. When I took it off, she woke slightly and then fell asleep again, so I made her comfy, tucked her up nicely with her blanket, gave her a kiss on her forehead and left at 5.30 as I know she would just sleep on for quite a while, hopefully for all night now
Called at Mr T on way home just at the right time to get 2 packs of salmon fillets, lunch tongue, and sliced roast beef reduced to quarter price and got quite a few doggie accessories really really cheap tooso got Chri***as sorted for 3 doggies and Misty too :j :j not to mention a couple of things that Mr 3dogs can sell on the car boot
I have put my dinner on to cook - sirloin steak reduced price yesterday and stirfry veg but got my cuppa ready to have while it's cookingMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

It is bitter beanie. I got to quarter to 6 this evening before putting the heating on but it was really cold by then. Girls had their pj's slipper sock and dressing gowns on so were toasty - still I think tomorrow it will have to go on sooner.
Mam been sleepy today 3Dogs. Maybe the excitement of seeing you yesterday wore her out a little bit. I suppose like us all she will have her better days. I like how you wrote she woke calmly as if she had a good sleep
The assessment went well. No problems, she was happy with the size of the crate and given me some tips on crate training. I'm in charge of crate training and training pup his name, DH is going to do the rest. By 5pm tomorrow he should be here.
Have a good evening everyone x0 -
Glad the assessment went well and bet you're all looking forward to getting home with Pup tomorrow :j :j
