Yep I found her OK - she was right were I left her :rotfl: :rotfl:
Seriously, Mam was good when I went down at lunch time when brother was there and gave me a big big smile when she realised who I wasbut she started her shouting as soon as I left and they couldn't settle her. When I went down at teatime with my sis, the door was shut and she was groaning then. don't mean groaning in pain, just not quite shouting - more grunting out the start of words as if she couldn't get the word out, though I think some of it has become a habit for her to break the boredom
She settled though and ate her dinner and pud, and even said 'thank you ' to the nurse for her liquid paracetamol at which we all fell about laughing - it's the way she said it, all prim and proper
Anyway, she seemed ok when we left, but did ask what she would do as she wanted to go home, but settled again when I told her that we'd be back tomorrow and she needed to stay as she wasn't well enough yet
By the way, my brother was at diabetes clinic today and was told that he needs a serious change of diet and lifestyle other wise he would have to start injecting insulin instead of tablets. Don't think he is willing to make the changes necessary though, as he says I can't do without fruit, I eat it all day, but as we all know, you have to try to make these changes when your health is involved. He doesn't think about the chocolate and biscuits he stuffs himself with everyday
My sister is just finishing off her packing for their holiday - taxi is booked for 5.15 am, plane is about 7.30 am then they are off to sunny Portugal :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
