I'm so saddened to read your update and hear of your news on Alan today.
My thoughts and prayers are as always with you both and I hope that the medication changes the doctors are making will make the days to come more comfortable for Alan and allow you some special time together.
I'm so glad to hear that your sister is coming down to be with you and that your friends will also be joining you soon to take care of you.
Please make sure you get plenty of rest and take care of yourself now that Alan is in safe hands with the pallative care team.
I don't know what else to say, other than that I will be thinking of you both tonight and in the days ahead.
