THE FUTURE IS ONE BIG CHALLENGE AFTER ANOTHER for 3Dogs and friends ..... PART 4

Evening all - had a long long lie-in today after a tiring weekend and knowing that I wasn't going out till after 5 pm. Went to slimming class at 5.30 pm with my niece, and I lost 3 pounds which was fantastic :j :j After class, I went down to pick my Sis up from seeing Mam, who had been good again today. She was sitting in her chair this afternoon :j :j I told Sis that she can have a night off tomorrow as I would go down on my own for tea-time
Alan texted me to say he'd lost 3 pounds too :j:j Not only that, but with 11 1/2 pounds lost in January, he was Slimmer of the Month too :T :T
My brother was ill tonight. He'd felt a little unwell yesterday and during the night, but was violently sick before dinner, so we are hoping he hasn't got novo-virus   Anyway, I said, just to be safe, I would see to Mam at lunch-time tomorrow as it isn't worth the risk of giving it to Mam. That means that I will be doing both visits tomorrow, so it's as well that I took it easier today
Hope everyone is wellMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Afternoon everyone. I got up at 10 am and popped down to North Shields to call into the bank before going to see Mam at 11.45 am. She was sleepy and in bed, no chair for her today, but she was fine, and ate her dinner and custard with huge bit of cake which I mushed up for her, all by herself and enjoyed it all. The doctor came in and said she was happy with her at the moment, as her chestiness of the weekend has eased. So I then gave her dunked biccies and her meds came so she had to wait until after the nebuliser to drink her tea. She was sleepy but fine when I left at 2 pm
My brother is still feeling rough, running to the loo now, but no more sickness, so it's just as well I am here to cover the lunchtime visits to Mam
Just having a bit of cheese/crispbread and a cuppa before going down for 4.30 pm tonight,a nd catching up on here
Angie, glad you're feeling a little better now - nice to see you :A
Well done boult on the win, as you say, a pressie taken care of. I get vouchers from surveys, swagbucks, shop&scan, etc and use them for pressies throughout the year, or use them if we need something for ourselves, like a new kettle for example. It's nice to have something like that as a back up
Hiya Beanie - weigh-in for you tonight hun - how do you think you've done?
Aesop is in agony with toothache at the moment, with a broken toothe awaiting root canal treatment   so lots of ((((hugs)))) to herMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
