Afternoon guys - quiet day here today, though Mr 3Dogs has just been for his second physio session - physio was pleased with his increased movement but feels that his balance problems and pain are to do with his long-term knee problems so has given him exercises to strengthen your right quad, down the thigh to knee, as she feels this would help him immensely, and also to see about his knee at the docs. He did have arthroscopy on his knee about 15-20 years ago after having problems for a long time before that, so will have to take it up with doc again Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13
