Well we went to s/world and we'd both put weight on which is hardly surprising as we've both had whiskey and chocolates each night since we lost BonnieI gained 1.5 lbs and Alan gained 2.5 lbs
but, hey ho, back on track tomorrow ..... plod, plod, plod and all that

Yes, shop and scan give you this tiny little scanner and a book. But get kids involved if you have any, they love it.
Not bad 1100 points for scanning barcodes, 500 for receipts, (doesn't matter how many you submit, points the same)
and if you get signed upto other stuff they do... 500 points monthly for webview, the ones above are weekly, and food diary, sky something... consumer pulse, food on the go, petrol diary, it all adds up.

Just finished watching 'Party Paramedics'. Believe me, Colchester really is that bad on a weekend night.
