Hi everyone,
I am trying to find a new laptop to replace our half dead laptop (turned desktop as screen is not working so using external monitor). Anyway, I am after a laptop that I can use mainly for browsing the internet and watching videos. A more important requirement is that it should be suitable for use in operating a new website which I am putting plans into place for starting up. I used to be up to date with technology but having a superman for a toddler and a 10week old 'screaming cutie-bag' means my brain is barely functioning at the moment so please pretty please help?
I know I can count on you guys!! :-)

Toshiba Satellite C670-14N for £307 is ok.
Specs
Bigger screen is better for you I think.
If you don't care about screen size, this Fujitsu has good connectivity @ £300.0 -
Thanks for your reply.Which Fujitsu please? I was looking at the AH531 (was convinced it was 'the one') but I read some bad reviews of it somewhere online. It seems all of them have negative reviews on some webpage somewhere. aargh!Beginning our debt free journey.. mostly for our baby boy!!:A0

Why not fix yours? A replacement screen is only likely to be around £60 and it is a DIY job.0

Thanks Hammyman. The thing is the laptop was bought in Dec 2008, a dell inspiring 1535 or something like that. Our son unfortunately dropped it n some keys are missing and the battery has had to be taken out cos its basically not charging (over a year ago). Took it to be repaired but the repairman told us for how much it would cost to repair these we would be better off buying another. So we bought a 19inch screen and have been using it as a desktop ever since.
Come to think if it, do we need a special cooling thing for it as its always on the desk? ThanksBeginning our debt free journey.. mostly for our baby boy!!:A0 -

Are you joking?
No wonder you didn't have the nerve to produce a link.
Their discount is meaningless.
Example: DELL Inspiron N5040 They claim £200 off their price(somewhere) in June. Now £380.
But it is has a lesser specification that the Fujitsu for £300.
Not like you to fall for such nonsense.
Have you actually seen a good value machine on their site? I haven't fully looked yet.
Edit: Have looked now and as expected, it's a load of rubbish.0
