    Comes under the same group :)

    C&W use different equipment and have different peering ports from TalkTalk

    forexbert's 6meg might be down to the high default margins used between (9 & 12 SNR). With the independent resellers you have a greater control over the connection so you can get the higher speeds. ( lower the SNR ect)
