Husbands are just as bad - I let mine get Xan ready for nursery today, only when we were halfway there when I noticed he'd put his best trainers on him. He walks with crutches and crawls everywhere, and if he goes outside he can go through the toes on trainers in about 10 mins, so had to go back and get his heavy duty boots. Made it by the skin of our teeth, rowing the whole way there about how stupid he is!!
