Okay, I think we're there now (although without an apology I note).

No need to apologise Pimp. Given that I had previously and clearly made the distinction between CC and the UK Forum, we can only assume you reverted to the standard operating procedure of penantic banalities by accident.

"Fubra, the purpose behind a banning is to prevent a poster from posting messages.

If you continue to act as a proxy for PG then you become a PG user, and I will have to close your account .

    News to me pimperne1.
It appears to have been news to you too, or you would have mentioned it sooner.

Ok then. I apologise. I was incorrect.

    To correct the record:-

You're one of only two posters to be banned from the UK forum. A forum so anti-moderation, that - by your own admission - it was acceptable to call the webmaster something that rhymes with Shunt.

    You were banned uncerimoniously.
PG's account was suspended after he asked for it to be suspended.
PG later changed his mind, and was refusted.

There, wasn't that worth all the effort. :rotfl:

Anyway, I look forward to you apologising for calling me a liar.

And what does this have to do with the OP.... Do you have to constantly argue on every thread, detracting from what is otherwise a great forum. There are better ways to spend your time, or there are if you have a life. Why not keep your derisory comments to PM's instead. :T

Can't help but notice you've failed to follow your own advice.
Theres a lot of that going around at the moment.

I do enjoy the notion that I've somehow forced a half dozen other posters into an extended off topic discussion.

In fact, to be honest, it very much appears as If I have somehow forced them to start wandering off topic before I did too. Now that really is impressive.

And of course here you are, showing how above it you are with your snide and factually inaccurate asides, on no way at all contributing to the general pointlessness of the argument. Bravo. :T

You forgot to apologise to me Pimp.
I mean you called me a liar a number of times,
when what you actually meant was that I was unaware of a single post hidden away on an off topic forum.

I think pimp and renovation man are silly to continue arguing with you and wish they would do what I did when you started doing a similar thing with me and not reply. In my opinion this board would be a lot better if this bickering stopped.

    Of course of course.
Because naturally, I'm completely responsible for the degenerating posts of the half dozen or so forum members losing their cool on this very thread.

That kind of childish self justification might have worked a few weeks ago, when I did engage them in their tit for tat bickering.
But I've found what appears to be a much more effective mode of communication, so nowadays the chaps appear to be their own worst enemies.

Nope, I'm effectively banned as well.

Then why don't we both take the moral highground and stop arguing. I'm more than happy to debate the finer points of 5xsalary mortgages and LTV values, IO mortgages and the like, but I have to admit I am tired of the tit for tat bickering. So what do you say, geneer. Are we the 'bigger man'. Here is my hand, held out and waiting..........
