Red spotted hanky - has everyone had their 500 points???

I registered on Wednesday, 12 October also and the time was 14.33 so should have been okay to receive the 500 points. I've just checked the evoucher part of their website and I have zero points - boo! I'll email them but, like someone above, expect to get the same reply that they can't do anything about their system.

My points arrived but have now disappeared. However, I thought the expiry date was supposed to be the end of December. Has anyone else had this problem?0
