Erm, I do both - wave my arms about as I usually would in conversation (it prolly looks worse when I'm riding pillion on me feller's motorbike, and we talk through radios), and I lean in a car, sometimes calling "Weeeeeeeeeeee" as I go.

Hands free - That stuff is well costly. Just get a phone with a built in "Speaker phone facility". Stick it in a universal holder and away u go. I've got 1. I just press my call/answer button twice and thats it - HANDS FREE :j0
