Wasn't sure if there would be 'conditions' on which items you could get but managed to get a steam iron and some photo paper today (got my voucher with instore purchase receipt).

Indeed, I did email them though, and got a response lastnight.
Apparently my complaint has been passed over to a 'team' at
head office who are dealing with complaints over this, they must
have had a few complaints to set up.a team

Just recieived an email about the hand blender...

Dear Mr xxxx

Thanks for getting in contact with us,

I have contacted our head office team and they have advised
that they are currently in the process of emailing any outstanding
customers within the next 48 hours that have not received their
voucher yet. They have also advised that in some cases the voucher
has already been sent out so recommend to check your spam/junk
folders as occasionally this email may be incorrectly recognised as this.

well ive just recieved my voucher for the hand blender and another for the normal blender.
so there is hope for those that havent got one yet.

you may need to email them to get the ball rolling though, as I emailed on both accounts
and both have been received .

Now to decide what to buy...

Yaaaaaaay! Just got my £10 voucher through for the hand blender!!

Really wasn't expecting it once they had removed the tab but was so worth it in the end as it came with free delivery anyway & am happy to have £20 of vouchers now to spend on my DD's for Christmas plus a treat for me too!
