I think they email vouchers out on the 10th November to people who have items delivered.

What can I use the voucher on?
Only on items in the Christmas gift range*. Effectively, anything under £10 is free, though the only three applicable items are the hand blender, mixer and one coffee machine.

I ordered then collected a blender and a mixer on the first day the deal was listed on here, 2 seperate transactions for different people. I didn't receive a voucher for either purchase when I collected. At the time I was under the impression that the vouchers would be emailed but after reading this thread it appears I should have received them upon collection. Any ideas as to what I should do?

Me too... Bought a normal blender that was clearly included
in the offer ad there was a picture of it on the offer banner.
And took a chance with the hand blender

I can see currys having a huge stock of returned blenders and
mixers if they don't send the vouchers

I collected my item and voucher in-store, when I collected my item I asked if I could redeem my £10 voucher against an i-tunes gift card to be told "I don't see why not".
So went back in this morning picked up a £15 i-tunes gift card and guess what ? sorry you can't pay for a gift card with a voucher the till won't let me. Eventually after speaking to the manager I got a £25 i-tunes card for £15 and he let me keep my £10 voucher to use again.
