None left on the shelves in my D*nstable Extra store...but find a helpful young male SA...bats eyelids and ask if there are any more out the back...hey presto...12 milk choc and 6 white choc for £5.55 ;)

Always ask if the shelves are empty, worth a shot!

And don't forget to look up ... in some of the stores they have stock on the higher shelves, waiting to come down.

Tesco will lose out on this one, it's usually the company who puts out the offer, and I am sure they will only cover one offer ... whoever has done the price adjustments (Tesco staff) will be responsible for this absolutely marvellous blunder!

Surely it would be down to HO though, not the individual stores?

ETA: and does anyone know if i use my clubcard to use the self scanner, will the final price on that be the same as when i get to the till? And does it work the same as self scan, i.e the SA can see what you purchase on their little screen thing?

Just got my first ever Tesco glitch- whoop whoop! Picked up 6 in B3llshill extra but then met a fellow friend of Martin who confirmed it worked so ended up with 24 for Halloween and Christmas! Thanx again OP! Oh,and to the lovely lady-the mini impulses work in that store-87p plus 3 for 2!
:hello: Hi, that was me! Thanks for the heads-up. Oh, and your baby was absolutely gorgeous! Was good to meet a fellow Friend of Martin ;)
  • Thanks so much to the person who posted this, I went to my local thinking they would have been cleared out but nobody had touched them. I got some for christmas presents and for my pre-schools fundraising events!

Maybe the staff have taken them off the shelves to keep for themselves. They did it with the electrical bargains why not food etc?

Yes it will be HO, but Terry's won't stand the loss, it will be coming out of poor old Tesco's coffers ... this is what I call a real price drop!
