    Right then lol

mix 1-9 ish with water in a water spray bottle - or rather 2! use spray to clean.....

    1) cooker hob - oh my word why oh why did i used to spend so much on Cif & so much time scrubbing!
    2) sink - shine the sink & remove those water marks too - best an hour or so later when the shine has time to develop, or over night
    3) work surfaces - not the deep clean you need for hygiene maybe but great for a quick wipe down
    4) kitchen appliance (coffee maker, breadmaker etc) - gets rid of the finger prints & brings back the shine
5)the stuff you usually use polish on like TV screen, wood work etc - spray on to cloth 1st - wood may need polish too
    6) leather - may need leather moisturiser after -depends on leather
    7) Bath & basin- gets rid of the nasty dull finish soap can leave
I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I Know

unless you have an OH who, when he cleans, loves to squirt it everywhere and use about 10-20 squirts where just one or two will do!!! arrgh!!!

[if i can, if i *know* he's going to be cleaning i do put extra water in.. but i can't always do this!]

  • As above - its liquid magic and could shift Staines from Surrey. Even my brand concious brother & sister-in-law have just asked me to get a bottle for them. The cheapest I've found locally is ASDA at 58p. To my surprise, Morrisons (albeit in Bath) are charging 75p!

    PS. ASDA are now 67p.

I use Stardrops for most household cleaning and my DH swears by it for cleaning the cars - especially the wheels. ( Yes, he cleans my car as well - I'm very spoilt!)

I bought my first bottle of stardrops yesterday in home bargains, so after reading all of your tips, I am keen to get started with it. Our bath is an old advacado suite from the 70's and its totally gross, I am hoping to get some shine back and it make look clean at least!!

I don't use any fancy cleaners now, except for the oven. Stardrops for everything else, saves alot on cleaning products. Don't use it for polishing wood though.

Anyone used it for cleaning carpets??

DD trampled cherry tomato into the living room carpet and I can't shift it so far.
I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might have-been has never been, but a has was once an are – Milton Berle
