So cross with myself. Managed to get one date, 15th April. Then it came up again, i was so excited thinking we could all go, got right to payment and it said I couldn't book it as I'd already got a promotion rate on my account/for that night. Ah well, will just have to take dd.0

It seems like rooms are transferable (unless the t&sc state otherwise) as there is a "Change name" option and doesn't look like you have topay to do that.
If you change name after booking they charge you £10. They don't tell you that until after you fill in the change name option though. At which point you can either continue and pay the £10 or cancel the name change!0 -

Yep... but last time I went they didn't ask for ID so I reckon someone else can use the booking. They can't ask for the credit card used in my case anyway as it will have been replaced by then (well they can ask but it won't exist).0 -
How is it possible to get a room for 2 p? I mean guys do you spend ont he website 1 or 2 hours just checking different dates? :eek: It's really frustrating- I just con't believe they have any rooms for 2 p! :mad:0
