Have just booked for 11th March, it took aaaaages and the page kept timing out, but after refreshing dozens of times I got it booked! yippee!!!

What if you book a room and cannot make it? The cancellation fee is £10, but if you cancel within 3 days of the stay they do not refund. If i booked for 2p, and didnt cancel until 2days before would they still charge me £10?

Thanks managed to get a Friday night in Jan so I can go to the sales. Took ages of searching and already looked at that date several times .
Also looked at cancel fee and not sure what it means, hope not to cancel anyway unless poorly or bad weather.

Last year I got an email from Tune shortly before my stay asking to let them know if I wasn't going to use the room...

"Dear Guest,

This is a courtesy email to enquire as to whether you will be using your booking (01/04/2011) that you have made with us at Tune Hotels - Westminster. If you do not plan on staying with us, we would really appreciate a brief email reply just to let us know.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

I would imagine they will be wise to do the same thing for this offer - as people won't cancel if they have to pay £10.

Try Sunday nights, going by dates that seemed to be the most successful day to try. That's assuming there are any left. Hth.
