Totally agree and that is why I said 'it will get passed to the Exec Customer Support Team within VM'. It will be his PA(s) that will forward the message onto the appropriate Exec Customer Support Team and I'm sure Neil Berkett processes customer emails the same way as well.

The PA(s) will only advise or show emails to Neil/Richard if they highlight major customer issues that warrant their attention.
