Virgin Media contact

Hi

Does anybody have a contact email address for Neil Berkett CEO of Virgin Media or similar.

I have tried the usual neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk but it is bouncing back so no longer works.

I have give up with the usual so called "customer services".

Many Thanks

xx

I don't think you'll have much luck contacting the CEO...

Try calling really early in the morning. You often get through to some good reps based in the UK.

Sent an email to the neil berkett address earlier today
Got an instant reply from a minion
Email address is showing in replies as CEO.office@virginmedia.co.uk
  • I have tried the usual neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk but it is bouncing back so no longer works.

Strange as I also sent him an email today after 0950hrs using neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk without any probs. Got a response back within 40 mins from VM Exec Customer Support Centre via email address CEO.Office@virginmedia.co.uk.

Afraid you are wrong. From experience, use VM customer services to start with (phone 150 on a VM phone line), then escalate to VM customer retentions team (phone 150) and, in the event that you still don't get what you are after or want, then escalate to Neil as advised previously.

You will find each escalation will result in the teams being able to exercise extra powers of authority and so provide you with better offers.

I have tried this a few times with VM and have always come out smiling with an agreeable and better outcome.

Also if you get an Indian call centre person responding, just ask politely that you are transferred to a UK person. If they ask why (NOTE : It has never yet happened to me), just say to them politely that it is a complex issue that will need the attention of someone in the UK. It has always worked for me.

    HTHs.
  • By the way, you could also use the ultimate escalation email address of richard.branson@fly.virgin.com.

    HTHs.

Richard Branson has zilch to do with the running of Virgin Media. He doesn't even sit on the board, and his holding company is only the third largest shareholder. Like so many of his businesses, it's basically a licencing deal that pays him royalties in return for the use of the Virgin brand.

Well i had a phone call this afternoon from someone in the executives office who had actually familiarised herself with my case and was very helpful. Suffice to say my issues have now been resolved :D

Let me explain. Branson is the champion of all Virgin; including VM. So if you escalate to him, it will get passed to the Exec Customer Support Team within VM, who have the top limits of authoity within VM and so will get you the best deal. I know cos I did this a few years ago.

Exec Customer Support may well assist you. But don't kid yourself that Richard Branson reads emails sent to that address. He has bigger fish to fry.
