OS Daily Monday 10th October

Morning all,
What a horrible, grey day

No rushing this morn as dd has hosp appt so no school run this morning, she will be goin back in time for lunch tho
She had her nose cauterized 2 weeks ago so this is the follow up, I think it has worked she's only had 3 nose bleeds since which is fab compared to the 3 a day she was getting :eek: Need to check with the consultant about clots she cough's up during nose bleeds, they are huge and her nose bleeds usually begin whilst she's asleep so scares me a little. It doesn't bother her now, she's so used to things goin on up there, she even laughed when she had it cauterized :rotfl:

In regards to foot, it's ok I suppose not great but it has been worse, so goin to continue plodding along

Yesterday I managed to clean throughout :j and did some baking, I didn't go near the ironing after but I will, will, will tackle it today when dd is back in school. Also need to get quotes for car insurance, get quotes on a new cam belt :eek: :eek: :eek: and general checking of accounts.

Morning all

Blowing a gale here too!

I've got an easy day in work so a hoping I can sneak in some uni work too :cool:. I need to go to the Post Office, I applied for their credit card to take on hols and you have to give a million bits of ID, so I went to PO as requested and got them to verify all 4 of the ID bits, but the PO woman wrote the wrong thing on it so I have to go back! Grrrr :mad: not happy, it's gonna be touch and go as to whether it'll arrive before I go now.

I'm off out for dinner tonight with the girls, using a voucher of course!

OS wise - DW to go on and laundry to go away. Lunch is LO HM soup

Morning All,

Hope you all had a good wkend. Not managed to post, belated Brithday wishes for Candygirl:j
Cold dark and damp here so I shall hibernate and have a NSD. WM on and DW loaded.
DD and DGS have now moved back in with his dad so I really hope things work for them this time. Must admit its nice just being the four of us again.
I spend Saturday doing a mammoth clean and then packed up stuff she hasn't yet taken and put it in the box room and moved DS back into his bedroom, he is soo pleased and says he is not moving out again whatever happens:T
We went for a lovely spanish meal on Saturday night with friends and yesterday was spent hiding from the rain and watching movies:D
Today I need to do lots of computer work, tea will be whatever I can pull out of the freezer, probably pork chops with potatoes and veg. My DH is on a health kick and has asked me to stop making so many cakes. I find it really hard, my two boys are not really cake eaters and it ends up me eating it so I am trying not to bake too often, but I love baking. Going to try and find some low fat recipes.
I am joining SW tonight with my best friend, I really want to take this seriously.

I am sat in the passport office waiting to hear if they will issues dd passport today. Feel sick with worry but more positive than on fri when I was convinced we wouldn't get it. I have a packed lunch and my iPhone to entertain me. Wish I'd bought my book!

Morning ladies, have no idea whats happened but I'm posting before midday which is unheard of for me;).The wind has picked up again but its dry so my bed sheets and towels are already blowing in the wind.
Off to drs soon to have some blood tests done along with other things, ds3 has a slot in the drs sit and wait about hs toe. Looks really manky_pale_. Its my niece 24th birthday today, she's in Italy atm with her soon to be hubby visting his family.
Dinner is a lovelybeef casserole done in the slow cooker, nice and simple but very filling.
Woofer walked, and now asleep again, lazy so and so;)
Right off to phone the council tax ppl at our councl. they have sent me a revised bill and they shouldn't have, Will have to fax over the forms about ds2 being at uni again I suppose.

Morning all!
No washing here today, miracle! Have to take DS to the dentist again at 10, till he decides if he needs a root canal or extraction, DS having kittens as his mates have filled his head with horror stories, and he's never needed any dental work before! Aren't 16 year old boys such a pleasure!!!!!
Will tackle mount ironmore later, so I can start packing, was hoping for just 1 case, but looks like 2 will be needed to avoid crushing the wedding finery, so there will be room for some crimbo shopping on the way back too!

Really dull and windy here.
Lots of tears from DS, first words upon waking were that he didn't want to go to school
Heading off food shopping shortly, to which DD shouted yipee :rotfl: that child is easily pleased :rotfl:
Tea tonight should be bacon cakes.
Making some felt gingerbread men hopefully this afternoon, getting the Xmas crafting bug LOL although I still have some sewing projects to complete :o

Morning all and Happy belated birthday to Candygirl
Just about to trot off to health clinic to get my 'flu jab, a necessity when your as old as I am :)
I have a small line of washing blowing away on the line so it will be dry by lunchtime hopefully .Apart from that not a lot to report NSD at least so its moneysaving.DD gave me a bag of apples that she had been given so they will be turned into applecake and pies before the week-end.Hope everyone has a good Monday

Morning all,

Happy birthday to candy girl.

I had a fairly productive weekend - even cleaned the oven (but it was filthy!) and started a Christmas present shopping list.

Today I am going to go through my banking and ensure it is all as expected! I need to also do some thinking of Christmas gifts for the more difficult people! Ive got lots of work to do too so that will keep me busy.

It should be a NSD for me!
