Follow the suggestion of C.M as she is one of the more experienced on here, the contributors on pepipoo are not judge the contravention, only offer guidance and assistance.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I've never been there but if you were parked to the right then based only on the sign it seems you have a case.ETA - I don't know what you think is missing from that sign......... it's perfectly clear to me.
And to me. No loading either side 7-7. No parking to the left 7-7.0 -
On pepipoo you said you parked to the right, then you said you parked to the left. I is confusedOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Where that sign is on streetview to the right is a double yellow the sign further down to the left is a double yellow?
With the single yellow between them covered by the 7am-7pm restriction!0 -
To the right of this sign? that way
> ? No, that's a double yellow line with loading marks, no one can park there at any time, no matter what's happening.
The DYL's don't need a sign to back them up, haven't for a few years now. I'm afraid you won't get out of that unless there's a major fault with the PNC/ticket issued."There is no substitute for time."

Alright thanks everyone. Paid the fine now. Appreciate the help given.0

Pity you paid without allowing pepipoo to give you the benefit of their advice. Despite what some might say, councils often get their lines and signs wrong so its very often worth while getting all the info before deciding to pay.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

There could well have been other options to appeal on, but it does not help if the information supplied doesn't match up with the facts. You should have let the members on pepipoo have a day or two to look at it.0

Oh, well I guess I caved into the more negative posts. Thanks anyway.0

Now if you had said "Double Yellow line" with crossbars (no loading allowed)......................0
