*de-lurking again too*
Good luck for tomorrow Dinah & NIM, will keep everything crossed for you and send good wishes. My colleague's sister had her little boy at 25 weeks, had pre-e too and although obviously small he is thriving (is six now) and a little terror, so you'll have that to look forward to. xx0 -

Oh gosh, so sorry to hear this Dinah and NIM.
Thinking of you both and the little one tomorrow. It will be a wonderful moment, but also I'm sure pretty scary as she is coming so early. I hope everything goes as well as possible tomorrow xxx:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Grace Nancy Alison Feighery was born at 12.45 weighing 1lb 15oz. So far she's a fighter and hasn't needed to be intubated. she had a very good cry before they took her away. Hoping they'll let me up to see her tomorrow. NIM is already enamoured.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi all
Mummy and baby doing well. Mummy is dozing as she had the spinal anesthesia before the C section and its starting to wear off so they have her on other stuff now.
Daddy and Grandparents utterly enamoured with this little girl. Been up to see her in the NICU and I was actually able to see her heartbeat fluttering under her skin.
Mind you she is definitely her mothers daughter. The staff had to change her hat cause she threw a strop as she didnt like the first one. Other than that they are saying shes a feisty one and they havent had to intubate her, Although that might change in the next couple of days as she was a borderline case and sometimes they do call this wrong. but its not really an issue to intubate at a later stage.
Just wish I hadnt given up the booze for lent as this is DEFINITELY cause for a pintThis was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
OMG Dinah and NIM, huge congratulations on Baby Grace! Thought it was tomorrow but I guess something happened to put a rush on things. Glad everything is ok and remember all those stories of early births where the baby is totally thriving. Congrats again xx
