That's true actually. I've never known you get tired behind the wheel before, even on that mammoth drive from France.

I'm probably overly stroppy about the sleep as I wanted a day out in London and was too tired, and my sleep is hard to come by atm, I couldn't sleep last night, I was up in the night, so once I fall asleep I don't want to wake up as there is no guarantee I'll get back to sleep again.

I've now been responding to a work complaint for over 3 hours. To read this complaint I sound like the Sheriff of Nottingham snatching life and livelihood from the poor local villagers, while kicking the good and noble Robin Hood (other planning officer who likes to say yes and make people happy rather than be right) in the face with my boot as I go. GRRRRR!

Why'd you think I was so bloody surprised? I can normally call my limits well in advance of anything happening. I would normally have made that last couple of miles without a problem but dear god.

Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Thanks everyone, feel like all I do is come here and moan recently! Apparently we are getting cheques at some point next week to make up the shortfall but it will still take a while to clear etc. Oh well.
