I'll be a lot less PC than everyone else. I find your responses to the people responding to you with help downright rude. You sound like the sort of person who comes on a forum and expects instant gratification and then pick one person to buddy up to whilst castigating the rest.
In my opinion you sound like a WUM or a Chavsda shopper.
My advice - cut out your 20 a day L and B habit and your bingo and you'll be fine
oh and when your IQ reaches 50 I advise you sell!
Nothing else to say
The next time I'm judgemental, rude and out of order, ill just remind the recipient that it's just because im non PC. Your comment adds nothing to the conversation, rather than looking for a target for your frustration, offer real help, like pointing them in the direction of someone who can help. Whatever you think of the OP's responses, you are jsut as bad!0 -
And you have helped the OP how?
You also are just as bad......0 -

DMP - a possibility, but seems daft to pay a DMP company to pay creditors for you (Even charities like CCCS take a slice off the payments to cover their costs, so it would elongate the time it took to pay off the debts, not by much granted..)
Admin order - non CCJ so not eligible
DRO - Debts within the limit, but OP is unlikely to be actually insolvent with such low debts, and with other eligibiltiy criteria, a £90 fee, and serious impacts on your credit rating and other restrictions, so it seems disproportionate really.
IVA - The costs of an IVA are often around 3-4k, so an IVA manys no sense at all.
Bankruptcy - Again, possibly not 'formally' insolvent, and also with costs of minimum £525 (£700 if not eligible for fee remission) it's totally disproportionate and they'd be likely to refuse BR. The restrictions and impact on the OP would also be harsh considering the small amount of debt.
IMHO the OP would be better reducing her expenditure, increasing her income by any means neccessary and just knuckling down and throwing everything she could at the debts. Even at £100pm it would be cleared in a year, not particularly that unachievable especially if they ebay/so car boots etc.
All well and good to say ebay or car boot but you need something to sell. I have nothing to sell0 -
