Then why didn't you say that.

Er... I did. And then you wrote the above.

    Not very logical.

It was you who said it was the company's fault in your previous post, along with an obscure reference to Cluedo. (Perhaps not logical or too logical?)

I will say for the third time that it is not the company's fault for the rule but it is being very severe in applying these rule for such a mistake.

Looks like you missed the irony in:
Yep, it was the banker's fault.

And there was me thinking it was Col Mustard with the lead piping.

You are still missing the point that the Halifax is not operating in a fair manner with someone who had made a genuine mistake, which could not gain them any possible advantage. You are using this situation to make cheap points with your very clever, "irony."

Because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean they are missing your point.

Your point has been well heard and understood.

    It's just erroneous, that's all.

Why do you get so worked-up about something that happened to "somebody you know" (well or otherwise)?

God forbid - One could think, it happened to you! :D:D:D

In this case one would be absolutely and completely wrong. I do get involved when somebody I know has suffered a bit. As mentioned earlier I am honest.

As I said, I am an honest man, who was looking for some help and guidance perhaps and not a bunch of smart alec remarks.
