Help Please Laptop infected I Think

its still same wont start/load some programes skype etc...
got rid of that old Java but cant download new one above?
downloaded avast and zonelab in safe mode

internet surfing is fine but sometimes chrome firefox takes ages to load

Firefox does take a while to load. How long are you talking about?

I'd also run the mcrapee removal tool a couple of times, then both ccleaner scans.....

only security i have now is free avast and malware

do i need anymore?

IE not loading at all

and i can't download anything unistalled skype itunes safari etc but can't download them now needed itunes for iso5:mad:

just dont understand whats wrong with the bloody thing

threre isn't much on this laptop programes wise for it to go wrong???

post a standard hijackthis log, or backup your data and factory restore/reinstall windows

i did a system restore to the point when it was working fine

unistalled Mcafee and downloaded avira and malware scanned with both and found bothing

laptop is working fine apart from iso5 taking its time keep getting the message connection timed out:mad:

is avira and malware enough or i need to put something else on?
