    This may not be due to an infection. The warning you received may have been due to Mcafee's realtime scanning turning off. I've come accross it many times before.

    Copy & paste the contents of attach.txt that was generated when you ran DDS and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)

    How's it running since uninstalling Mcafee?

    As I suspected there's a lot of Mcafee related errors in your event logs.
