My voucher also arrived this morning:). I'm chuffed to bits, and think this company handled the problem in a outstanding way, which should be applauded:T I have been kept informed all along the way by email and postal letter about the latest status regarding the manufacturing problem of the play tents and subsequent delivery delays. I have used they're money off coupon to purchase a free block of they're lovely cheese, and now they have generously sent out £20 Toys-r-Us gift vouchers as a replacement. I for one, am absolutely delighted and couldn't rate this company's customer service high enough....Well Done & Thank You! to The Lake District Cheese Co.:T:T:T0
