I would rather the voucher and i must say a massive well done to Lake District Cheese for the way they have handled this and are thinking of their customers. Happy with the alternative so thank you to OP for post and to the company for the prize

I'm very happy with the new prize and much better then a tent.

This comp must of cost them a bucket load. They have handled it so well and kept us so imformed.

The way they have handled something which was out of their control has been amazing IMO.

More than happy to receive a £20 voucher and LO loves the soft toys we got last month.

Mum got the tent delivered this morning so she's a bit confused. They must have started sending a few out.

I have great regard for this company. Not once have they tried to cover up the fact that they were having problems, they have kept us fully informed of these problems and done their best to make things right with the soft toys and cheese vouchers :T

I really feel for them because they tried to run a competition and must have found it all a bit harrowing. Thank you Lake District Cheese for your consideration :A
