What I don't understand is if you don't have to open your wallet to use it, as someone has commented...what if you have more than one contactless card in your wallet? Would it debit all of them for one transaction?!0

The reader will simply say there are 2 cards. It will not debit both.0 -

Thanks...that's reassuring! I have to say I'm quite excited about contactless. I'm looking forward to first direct doing them.0 -
I asked an they are not releasing Contactless Nectar Credit cards till March next year.0

In answer to the earlier question, if you tap two or more cards at once, the reader will come up with an error like "Present One Card Only".
It does this when I have one contactless credit card and an Oyster card.0 -
Phoned up Amex after reading this thread and now have a replacement contactless Platinum charge card, and BA Premium Plus Credit Card on the way : )0

My Lllyds TSB premier account debit card is also contactless but I have never made use og this and don't particularly want to. I am concerned at no PIN number being entered. Did offer to use contactless once in Greggs bakers but staff member said no, it's not set up yet, although there was a contactless symbol on the terminal.0

I've already had two cards and neither of them have worked with the contactless, I don't really want to get another because MBNA only deliver by a courier that won't allow you to collect from them, and I'm not home during the day. You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0 -

Are you saying you have to sign for them? Thats a bit annoying.0 -
The new Paypal Access UK Debit Card is also contactless though I have yet to find a place to try it.
Say on the back Mastercard PayPass and has a wifi(ish) symbol on the front.0
